About

My name is Lauren Montalvo, and I am an illustrator, graphic designer, and game developer in Las Vegas, Nevada. I graduated from UNLV with a B.A. in Computer Science and I'm currently finishing up a B.S. in Graphic Design. I also completed a high school diploma with a dual-major in 3D Animation and Digital Game Development at Southeast Career Technical Academy.

I previously worked at the UNLV-DraftKings Innovation Gaming Studio at the Center for Gaming Innovation, which employs student game developers to create casino game prototypes based on student patents developed in the gaming college. I was the first leading game artist of the studio and I provided a wide variety of visual media needed to create engaging games to sell to major casino gaming publishers, such as MGM, Caesars Entertainment, DraftKings, Light and Wonder, and more.

In a non-professional capacity, I've done 2D and 3D animation projects, character design, and web design, as well as programming games, websites, and small independent projects.
